After that, blend the first five ingredients until smooth. Place the chops in a large baking dish. Brush the chops evenly with the oil mixture from step 1. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours, turning occasionally.

As for the types of cheese, all versions of this cheese are good and take little time to prepare. Firstly, you need to beat eggs until pale yellow and smooth. Beat the beaten eggs in a double boiler. Add the milk, sugar, vanilla, and nutmeg. After that, cook over medium heat for 30 minutes. To avoid burning, stir the bottom and sides of the pan with a skimmer.

Once the eggs look scrambled, transfer the mixture to a strainer lined with cheesecloth. Bring the ends of the cheesecloth together and roll into a ball. The cheesecloth should be tied at the top of the ball. After a drip time of about 3 hours, tie the ends of the cheesecloth onto a spigot or hook. Remove the cloth, but leave the cloth on the ball.
